Position: Sales Manager – Europe and CIS

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with deep connections across Europe and the CIS region, who is passionate about sports betting from a product perspective. You will play a key role in driving new business, managing client relationships, and working with internal teams to ensure the successful integration of our products. This role requires a sales leader who understands the intricacies of sports betting products, is familiar with integration options, and has a conceptual understanding of markets and modelling.
You will work closely with product and technical teams to relay valuable insights, propose product enhancements, and help our clients fully integrate and utilise our sportsbook platform.
What you’ll be doing:
- Business Development: Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in Europe and CIS.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with key partners, understanding their business needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Use a deep understanding of sports betting products to assist in onboarding and integration processes. Collaborate with clients to optimise the use of our platform.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on the latest trends in sports betting markets, particularly across Europe and CIS, and share relevant insights with internal product teams.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with business objectives and market opportunities.
- Cross Functional Collaboration: Work with product, marketing, and technical teams to tailor solutions and ensure smooth integrations with customer platforms.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market developments.
- Product Feedback Loop: Relay product related information and feedback from clients to the internal product teams, contributing to the product development cycle.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or Computer and Information Science required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Extensive connections in the Europe and CIS region, particularly in the sports betting sector.
- Strong understanding of sports betting products, including markets and modelling concepts.
- Familiarity with integration processes for sports betting platforms.
- Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in B2B settings.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Inquisitive by nature with a passion for learning and staying informed about product developments and market trends.
- Willingness to travel when needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
